The plague has become a single lost spirit: the Plague Shade. The warm lantern flame wounds it—but moonlight is safe. Put buildings between the flame and the Shade to make connected blue refuge lanes, then guide it through the river gate.
Blue lanes mean shelter from the lantern, not the absence of moonlight.
